We carry out all cold storage operations in our facilities at the Enlem Cold Storage Warehouse facilities.
By bringing the products to the field of activity, the culture fish such as sea bream, sea bass, trout, which are kept at 0 / + 2 0C in the raw material acceptance area, are taken to the processing line and after they are calibrated, the sea bream and sea bass fish are removed from the scales with pressurized water.
After this step, all fish species will be subjected to internal washing and washing processes, weighed, packaged and labeled. The prepared packages are placed on pallets and kept at 0 / + 4 0C until shipment.
