Blue Fish Product Description

Bluefish is an economically valuable fish species from the Pomatomidae family. Their bodies are long, their back fins are two, their tails are forked, their mouths are big, their teeth are pointed and strong. The side line is almost straight and covered with scales.
Although Sarıkanat is called bluefish in many countries, it has taken different names in our country according to their height. The classification for the length and names of the sarikaat is as follows;
